Once again, Mullinax dealerships have received national recognition for achieving exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Five of our seven locations recently received the 2022 Ford Motor Company President’s Award, an annual honor bestowed on fewer than 10% of the nation’s approximately 3,000 Ford dealers. In addition to customer service, the award recognizes a dealership’s hard work, commitment and resolve to be a leader in the industry and the community.
“Customer service is at the heart of this award and receiving it would not have been possible without the commitment and hard work of our dedicated team,” said Mullinax Ford President Jerry Mullinax. “They strive every day to deliver consistent and exceptional service to our customers, and also to work on our processes so we can continue that level of service for every customer, every time.
“Every member of the team understands what goes into achieving this level of success and we are all very grateful to receive the 2022 Ford President’s Award.”

Mullinax is proud of all of its dealerships – all of which have earned President’s Awards, many of them multiple times. In previous years, our Mobile location racked up two wins and West Palm Beach earned seven.
