Mullinax Dealerships Win 2020 Ford President’s Award

Mullinax Ford is proud to announce that five of its locations recently received the highly prestigious Ford Motor Company President’s Award.

For 2020, fewer than 10% of the 3,000 Ford dealers in the nation earned the distinction, given annually to recognize the highest levels of customer service, satisfaction and leadership in the industry.

The 2020 awards were presented on-site at the winning dealerships earlier this year. Our winning dealerships are:

• Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach — which has received the award 7 times
• Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee — 6 wins, 5 of them consecutive
• Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna Beach — 5 wins
• Mullinax Ford of Central Florida in Apopka — 3 wins
• Mullinax Ford of Olympia (WA) — 2 wins, consecutive

Previously, Mullinax Ford of Moble has won twice.

The award is the latest recognition that customer service is the foundation of the Mullinax business model.

Eligibility for the award, created in 1998, is determined by the ratings on comprehensive customer-satisfaction surveys and reputation scores in both sales and service. Dealers also must meet or exceed sales goals.
