The Crown is powered by a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine that produces 184 horsepower with the electric motor the horsepower increases to 236 horsepower mated to a CVT transmission. The second powertrain option is a turbocharged 2.4L 4-cylinder engine that produces 264 horsepower or 340 when combined with the electric motors mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The Crown comes in three different trim levels: XLE, Limited and Platinum. Being a fairly luxurious vehicle, the base XLE still comes very nicely equipped.
