Model Overview
The 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid comes in both base and Limited trims. All trims come with the same 2.4L Atkinson cycle 4-clylinder engine paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission and an electric motor powered by a lithium polymer battery.
Despite its curvaceous roofline, the Sonata excels in offering plenty of passenger space in front and in back. Three adults can sit across in the back seat, and with 12.1 cubic feet of trunk space, there's more space for cargo than in most other hybrid sedans in this class.

Even at the base level, the Sonata Hybrid comes with dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, automatic LED running lights and keyless ignition. The Limited model adds 17-inch alloy wheels and upgraded heated leather power seats.

The Sonata Hybrid includes all the safety features that are expected today in a mid-size sedan--like electronic stability control, anti-lock brakes and side-curtain airbags.
