In addition, if you're looking to trade in a vehicle for a new or used Ford, we require the following details of your current vehicle:

• If your vehicle has not been appraised, we need your vehicle serial number, mileage and trim level
• If there a payoff is required, we need the name of the lienholder and account number

If you're an A, X, Z or D Plan Buyer, our Ford financing team requires your vehicle PIN number. Additionally, if you're an X Plan Partner buyer, we ask that you provide either a copy of your employee ID badge, paystub or health insurance card.
